Prasanna Kumar
Col Prasanna Kumar is an Indian Army Veteran with 22 years’ experience in Special Forces and Logistics Services. An award-winning officer, he has seen active combat during Kargil War and has personally lead diverse teams of people in crisis situations across different geographies in India.
He now wears multiple hats of an Entrepreneur, a Trainer, a Professor and a Motivational Speaker. With over 27 years of total work experience in logistics, administration and Leadership training, he has trained over 4000 executives and senior leaders of various industries and Government sector, in wide ranging areas of Organizational Development, Team Work, Leadership and Management during last seven years.
In November 2014, he founded ThinkTrek Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore and ThinkTrek Inc. in USA. He is currently providing apex level leadership to an enthusiastic team of young and dynamic professionals in ITES sector.
Col Prasanna holds an Exec MBA from IIM Bangalore and is an alumnus of National Defence Academy, Pune. He holds a PG Diploma in Public Relations and another PG Diploma in Logistics and Resource Management. He is also a certified Psychometric Analyst and Consultant.
He is a Visiting Faculty at Leading B-Schools, teaching Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship Development to MBA students. He has mentored three successful start-up entrepreneurs and currently guiding three others.

N Dhanushkodi
N Dhanushkodi is a reputed Finance Professional with over 22 years experience in HAL and Wipro. He was the Head of Finance for the Rs. 12,000 Crores prestigious LCA Production Project.
He specializes in Project Planning, Project Evaluation, Investment Analysis and Financial Planning (Budgets). His vast experience includes Working Capital Management, Inventory Management, Costing, Pricing, Profitability Analysis, and Negotiations.
Dhanushkodi is providing Management Consulting to corporates in Merger/ De-merger, Business Valuation, Business Development, Vendor Development, Business Process Re-engineering and ERP Implementation. He is also mentoring ten start-up companies, that includes preparing them for Funding, making Business Plans and a Pitch Deck. With his vast network in the Financial Sector, he connects the Start-ups with potential investors for funding and also helps in Valuation of Businesses.
Wearing multiple hats, Dhanushkodi conducts Corporate trainings that include Finance for Non-Finance Managers for Senior Management executives, Nuances of Financial Management to Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship Training to SMEs and Engineering Students. He is also a Visiting Faculty at leading B Schools like Alliance University, XIME, CMR University and Bangalore Management Association.

Gopi Nambiar
Gopi Nambiar is a management graduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur and he has had a successful career with reputed companies such as Eicher, PepsiCo and Bacardi before joining Pernod Ricard India in 1999 as Head of Human Resources. His last assignment was as EVP- Human Resources at Pernod Ricard India.
He has received professional certification as an Executive Coach from the Neuro Leadership Group – Results Coaching Systems, and has completed several coaching assignments successfully.
As a Director on board of Pernod Ricard India for more than ten years, he was responsible for all aspects of management of the organization, and partnered actively with the CEO and functional heads formulating all personnel policies and implementing them across the Regions.
During his tenure at Pernod Ricard the company witnessed consistently high Employee Engagement scores of around 94%, and the lowest attrition rates in the FMCG sector of less than 5%.
